A Poem to Our Daughter

Our Dearest Avery-

Our sweet baby girl,
You gave us so much love.
We are blessed to be the parents
Of an angel up above.

God shared you for a moment,
filling our hearts with delight.
We miss your happy smile,
That made our days so bright.

Now safe in the arms of Jesus,
But forever in our hearts.
Although you've left this world,
We will never be apart.

We know you're up in Heaven,
With so much joy to share.
Waiting patiently for us,
Until we join you there.

One day in the future,
Our reunion will be so sweet.
When we are called up to heaven,
And in your arms we will meet.

Until that day sweet girl,
Smile down on us below.
We will miss you everyday,
And take you everywhere we go.
